New Third Party Program Policy

Dear heroes of Midgard,
 
To further improve your customer experience, we have made adjustments to how we handle bot/scam/hack cases.
 
Accounts that are caught to have been using illegal third party programs, and accounts that benefit from the use of these said programs, shall be sanctioned with account suspension. This is put in place to discourage players from using these applications to gain an unfair advantage in the game.
 
In line with this, we will entertain re-evaluation of cases that happened from January 1, 2019 onwards. However, cases that were raised or re-appealed from January 1st onward that were already solved are considered closed. Players are also advised to be careful and advised to take screenshots of their in-game transactions as some items may have come from illegal means.
