Greeting Adventurers!

     In the recent days, our beloved game has been experiencing DDOS attacks, DDOS is short for Distributed Denial of Service, it is a type of DOS attack where multiple compromised system are used to target a single system (which is us) causing a Denial of Service attack. Hence, we experienced disconnections and latency issues which resulted in the numerous maintenance that we had in order to control and fix the issue. As of this moment, attackers are constantly finding new and different ways to attack our system but we now have more efficient ways to control and fix the issues better than before.

     To give everyone an update on the performance of our servers. We have increased the server efficiency by providing upgrades which reduced the network latency ID but we did not stop there, we continued to work on this as we still receive reports that they are still experiencing high ping and latency issues. At the moment there are still some issues experienced by players who use Globe, to remedy the situation we are currently working closely with said ISP. We would like to ask for your cooperation in providing us the needed information in order to resolve this issue.
